Quality service is customarily acknowledged by a 15-20% gratuity, which may be made directly through your service provider. Gratuities cannot be added to charge cards, debit cards, or gift cards.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards are redeemable for products, services, and boutique items. Gift cards cannot be used to obtain cash, and the unused value cannot be redeemed for cash. Our spa reserves the right to convert service-based gift cards to their cash value if the service indicated is no longer available, or the original price for the service has changed. Nestled in the heart of Chesterfield, VA, the His or Hers Salon & Spa is home to a team of intuitively skilled hair stylists, hair colorists, and hair experts who pamper their clients with the best salon services, including hair styling, hair coloring, haircuts, and hair treatments.

His or Hers Salon & Spa has a European-level system based on experience and years of dedication. This level system accomplishes two primary goals. The first is to provide our team with the most robust foundation for growth and advancement. As a teaching salon, we have a training program, an advanced education program, and an educator development program. This pricing system allows our staff the opportunity to grow and prosper. The second is to provide professional hair and spa technicians at every level to suit the needs and budget of our guests.

His or Hers Salon & Spa offers a great selection of Redken hair-care products and Pureology Serious Color products. We exclusively use the Redken hair-color line for men and women, Bioelements skin care, Mirabella Mineral Cosmetics, and a full line of OPI nail care products.
